Credit card terminals

The terminal is free. The setup is the difference.

Every account we open includes the right terminal at no cost, configured with your fee program before it reaches your counter. Tap, chip, swipe and contactless, ready on day one.

How we set this up

A terminal is not just a card reader anymore. The device on your counter decides whether your dual pricing displays correctly, whether a surcharge calculates within the rules, and whether the line keeps moving when the internet stutters. We pick the device to match the program, not the other way around.

Configuration is where most setups fail. A terminal bought online arrives generic; the pricing program, receipt format and disclosure text all have to be built correctly. Ours arrive pre-programmed, and we install in person across the Seattle and Tacoma metro.

And because we're brokers, the processing behind the device is bid competitively. The free terminal is real, and so is the rate underneath it.

Our take as your broker

Never buy a terminal. The hardware is a commodity; the rate behind it is the product.

Merchants who buy terminals online save $300 once and then lose it back every month on unbid processing. Our terminals are free, programmed for your fee program, and installed by us locally. The money conversation belongs on the rate, where it matters.

Fair questions

Is the free terminal really free?

Yes. The device is placed at no cost on accounts we open. No lease, no rental line on your statement. Terminal leases are one of the classic statement fees we exist to kill.

Which terminal should I get?

The one that matches your program and your counter. Dual pricing favors Valor or Dejavoo. Handheld-everything favors PAX. Heavy volume favors Ingenico. The consult takes five minutes.

Can a terminal run dual pricing by itself?

Valor and Dejavoo calculate it on the device. PAX runs it through the processor application we load. Either way, both prices show correctly and the receipt is right.

What if my terminal breaks?

Call us, not a 1-800 number. We're in Federal Way, and swaps are usually same-day or next-day.

Do these work with my POS?

Usually yes, either integrated or alongside it. We check compatibility before anything ships.

I already own a terminal. Can you use it?

Often, if it's current-generation. We'll reprogram what works and replace what doesn't, free.

Tell us what you need. We'll spec it.
