Payments Hub
The web merchant portal for accounts processed through North (formerly North American Bancard): a virtual terminal for card-not-present payments, invoicing with autopay, recurring billing, disputes and every transaction on the account, all behind one login.

Why we carry it
Payments Hub is not something you carry; it's the desk your account sits on. If your processing runs through North, this is where the whole account lives: every transaction, every deposit, every statement, searchable from any browser with nothing to install.
The payment side of it is card-not-present. The virtual terminal keys in phone and mail orders, invoices go out with autopay attached, recurring schedules bill your repeat clients, and card-on-file keeps the retainer customers one click from paid. For an office that bills by invoice, this is the actual product.
We set it up as part of the account, map your users and permissions, and configure the virtual terminal for keyed-rate reality: address verification on, so card-not-present orders cost as little as the networks allow.

How dual pricing works →Payments Hub, answered
What does Payments Hub cost?
The core portal comes with North-attached accounts, and North sells Premium tiers with extra features: Premium at $14.95/mo and Premium Plus at $29.95/mo, which new accounts are often trialed into automatically. We go over what your setup actually needs and set the plan, and the fee, accordingly.
Is this a mobile payments app?
No. Payments Hub is web-based, card-not-present: keyed orders, invoices and recurring billing from a browser. For taking cards in the field, see our mobile payments lineup.
Can my bookkeeper get a login without seeing everything?
Yes, employee accounts carry permissions. Reports-only access for the bookkeeper is a two-minute setup.
Why do keyed transactions cost more?
Card networks price risk, and a keyed card is riskier than a tapped one everywhere, on every processor. We configure address verification to keep keyed cost as low as the networks allow.
Can customers save a card for next time?
Yes, card-on-file with autopay is built into invoicing. Great for retainers and monthly service clients.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No, it's the payments layer: transactions, invoices, deposits, disputes. If you need payments posting to QuickBooks automatically, look at ProCharge in our mobile payments lineup.
